I have a symmetra lx and working batteries, i have measured all the voltages, but when i put them in they read as faulty. through my research, it seems it may be because the battery module or casing is older than three years, and i want to know how to reset the date code so that the symmetra reads it as a new battery. The battery type i am using is SYBT5

By your wording (use of word casing) - it sounds like you may have replaced the internal batteries within the battery module itself. This is not supported and has been known to cause a battery module to register as faulty.

Aram,
The Symmetra would not mark a battery faulty based on an age of 3 years with everything else working fine. Common causes for battery failure flagging include calibration factor, heat, capacity, number of discharges, and a few other measurements. With that being said, there is no way to reset the date on the batteries.
