Hi there!
I won an APC Smart DLA1500l ups, I have recenlty changed the battery with a new one; my desktop pc is connected to the UPS. I have noted that the battery is always on even when the PC is completely turned off, and there is essentialy no load applied to the UPS, is this normal?
Powerchute says that the internal temperature is 29,2°C / 84,6 °F which doesn't seem high at all to me.

Yes, this is normal. DLA is the Dell branded equivalent to our SUA. SUA models began offering a low and high fan speed and high kicks on when needed, but low fan speed is on all the time.
