Symmetra LX shutdown
Hey Guys,
Have a customer that has SYA16K16RMP that I have replaced the MIM's in once because they showed a failure. Just last night, the power went out. Now, this customer has a generator at its site, and it kicked in after about 45 seconds. Now, he said when the power went off, his unit just shut off. He went and turned it back on and now it is showing bad MIM's again. What can be causing this? Am I going to have to RMA a whole new unit, because that is what I am thinking I am going to have to do. Customer not to happy. Any light on this subject will be appreciated. I have never seen this happen before. I am going to include the case number when I replaced the MIM's before, if that might help.
