I have a Symmetra LX and I believe the network card might be going bad. I'm not sure if my assumptions are correct, so please advise.
I setup email alerts and I get an email that says "UPS no longer in Bypass". The event log matches up and therefore only shows the "no longer in bypass" message as well. I don't get any alerts that says it went to bypass though.
I have this on the latest software version and all hardware that can replaced is new within the last two weeks.
Is this the network card? Something I can do to narrow this down?
Thanks,
James

No, we are not unless someone onsite is doing that via the LCD. I need to go down there for a day and check it out. It's in Mexico so I've holding off on that.
