Symmetra LX XR communications card

MY Symettra LX XR communication  card is flashing an AE error code and I cant find anything about this error.Is there a way I can purchase the schematic diagram for this communication card?

Hi - do you mean EA and not AE? If so, this typically is an issue with the communication card and likely requires replacement of part number SYAFSU16 which is the SKU for the communications card in an LX XR frame. This would be covered under warranty if your XR frame is under warranty or available for purchase.

Hi Michael,

The card directly from us would cost $320.00USD plus shipping. You might be able to get it cheaper by using one of our resellers such as CDW as we do most of our business through the channel. I will mention that we currently have a lead time of about 8 weeks as we have had a sudden surge in demand.
