Hello All,
I recently purchased an SRT5KXLI (APC 5KVA Online UPS) and it suddenly started giving an "internal comm error" from the log. The UPS does NOT turn off anymore and voltage ratings (both input and output ) are on 0.0V when plugged to power. Also noticed the self test fails and I cannot access the device via the COM console cable nor on my network via RJ-45 port.
Please help with a solution - the UPS is barely 3months old.

Hi,
Reset / brain dead the unit. Turn off unit, unplug from AC source, disconnect the battery, wiat 10 seconds, reconnect the battery, plug into AC source, turn on. If the fault returns you should contact local support. The unit may need to be replaced.
