Hello,
we have Symmetra LX 16000 UPS. There are 3 power modules 4kVA, 2 intelligence modules and 4 battery modules.
The load is just about 56%.

We've already had several incidents with Symmetra. They all happened during power outages.
The last incident happened yesterday.
Why was the output power turned off?
29.07.2020 21:18:59 System: Web user 'apc' logged in from 192.168.76.100.
29.07.2020 21:11:57 UPS: Passed a self-test.
29.07.2020 21:11:05 UPS: Started a self-test.
29.07.2020 21:11:02 UPS: The output power is now turned on.
29.07.2020 21:10:30 UPS: The output power is turned off.
29.07.2020 20:54:15 UPS: No longer on battery power.
29.07.2020 20:54:09 UPS: On battery power in response to an input power problem.
29.07.2020 20:48:14 System: NTP update successful.
29.07.2020 14:00:49 UPS: Passed a self-test.
29.07.2020 13:59:58 UPS: Started a self-test
Previous incident and other problems USP: A power module fault exists.
It also happened several times earlier with different power modules in different chassis slots.
After reconnection power module work fine.
11.07.2020 23:29:20 UPS: Number of Power Modules increased.
11.07.2020 23:23:57 UPS: No longer on battery power.
11.07.2020 23:23:46 UPS: A power module fault no longer exists.
11.07.2020 23:23:45 UPS: Number of Power Modules decreased.
11.07.2020 23:17:12 UPS: On battery power in response to an input power problem.
11.07.2020 23:16:04 UPS: No longer on battery power.
11.07.2020 23:16:01 UPS: A power module fault exists.
11.07.2020 23:15:57 UPS: On battery power in response to an input power problem.
11.07.2020 20:46:56 System: NTP update successful.
09.07.2020 20:46:48 System: NTP update successful.
08.07.2020 23:38:20 UPS: No longer on battery power.
08.07.2020 23:38:15 UPS: On battery power in response to an input power problem.
07.07.2020 20:46:39 System: NTP update successful.
Can anybody please explain what happened?
UPS is out of warranty.file

Hi,
I recommend you contact local technical support for assistance. You will need to be with the UPS at the time. They will asking for some info that will be found via the Powerview that may explain why the UPS powered off.
