The current location I have these installed in has 31 closets and 5 of them now are experiencing issues where the lower main frame doesn't seem to be supplying any power to the Extended Run frame. The display complains about replacing Batt(s). The upper XR frame has no display. I have swapped out the IM's, the Comm Card and power cycled the entire stack. I even , as a last resort, replaced the XR frame chassis with no success. It's pretty clear there is something going on with the lower Main Frame. Any thoughts on what could be causing these issues?
