Symmetra LX Battery Module Fault
We had a storm here and the Summetra LX UPS went into bypass mode and reports a battery module fault. We have 5 battery modules, and they all showed OK in DIAGS. However, I cannot get the fault to go away. I removed each one in order to try to reset the fault. At one point I had 2 battery modules in the main frame that had reported OK. But the lower one then triggered the fault - reporting bad battery module - replace battery - battery module not installed. I removed it entirely, hoping that now the other battery - which showed OK - would clear the fault. The fault did not go away. So I reset the power to restart and see if the fault would go away. This time the one working battery triggered the fault and it too says battery module fault - replace battery.
Is this possible that all 5 batteries are bad? Or is it possible that the intelligence module is reporting wrong? Or is it possible that the rear connection is the problem? I don't know what to do. I've got no power to my servers or phones and need immediate assistance. If I need to order new parts I need to know what I need to order.
