I received the alerts message : "The output voltage is not within its defined limits' - An internal hardware failure exists. 

Can advise could it be power module issue?

Thank you for reaching out to the SE Community, my name is Jon and I will assist you with this query.  I am sorry to hear about the issue that you are having with your UPS.  Let us try to gather the raw status data of your UPS and see if we can decode the issue.  Is the fault LED lit up on the PowerView display?

Downloading the RSD from the Network Management Card

From the network management card user interface, go to Status > UPS > Intelligence Modules and then go to View System Raw Status Data and View All Battery  Raw Status Data copy the information to a text or word file or send us the screenshot.

Downloading the Intelligence Module RSD from the PowerView Display

Retrieve the Intelligence Module Raw Status Data (RSD) from the LCD by hitting the ESC key and then navigating to Intelligence Module.  Gather the FW version, SN, and Raw Status Data.

Downloading the Power Module RSD from the PowerView Display

Retrieve the Power Module Raw Status Data (RSD) from the LCD by hitting the ESC key and then navigating to Power Module.  Gather the SN and Raw Status Data.

Downloading the Battery Module RSD from the PowerView Display

Retrieve the Battery Module Raw Status Data (RSD) from the LCD by hitting the ESC key and then navigating to Battery Module.  Gather the SN and Raw Status Data.
