Symmetra LX 16000 Critical Alarm

Hi,

I have problem with ups SYLX16000.

I got info " The bypass relay is stuck in its online position." , i have been check about 

Battery Capacity

100.0%

Runtime Remaining

1hour 49min

Nominal Battery Voltage

120.0 VDC

Actual Battery Bus Voltage

138.4 VDC

and the status is OK, 

Any suggestions to sort this error.

Hi 

Are you able to power cycle the LX?

Turning off the load and switching the system enable off, it would be good to reseat the Intelligence Modules at this point before turning all back on again.

Thanks for your suggestion, meybe i will reschedule too, reboot the ups. and i will update next after do this.
