SUA 3000 - USB Windows conection faulty

When attempting to connect the SUA 3000 to a Windows machine via USB, I get the following error:

"Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems (Code 43). A request for the USB device descriptor failed."

The drivers are all up-to-date.

I've tried this on Server 2017 and Windows 7 with the same results.

Can anyone help?
