Symmetra 80K THORC456 shows a few messages in the event log like this :
05/20/2015 17:16:32 UPS: Power Module failure cleared.
05/20/2015 17:16:12 UPS: Power Module failure.
05/20/2015 17:16:04 UPS: Power Module failure cleared.
05/20/2015 17:15:44 UPS: Power Module failure.
05/20/2015 17:15:43 UPS: Power Module failure cleared.
05/20/2015 17:15:23 UPS: Power Module failure.
Physically all the module are normal and operation . please let me the what could be root cause for the above events

I think input mains was out of telerance for short time (about 20 seconds)

Regardless, we can't do much about that type of issue here anyway. One or more modules likely have a fault condition that comes and goes. You'll want to contact your local technical support office and they'll ask you for special log files they can hopefully decode and understand what the fault is. Then, if you're under a service contract, send appropriate parts or field service technicians to your facility.
