Dear APC

Can you describe about subject in attached file.

There is install 2 UPS , each one have 5 battery cabinet SYBFXR8-8 (UPSA is 5x6x8=240 and UPSB is 5x6x8-6=234) in our customer site.

I check this URL:

is it true online calculator for 5 cabinet? in first row there is a not SYBFXR8-8

Can you clarify what you're asking? I am not sure if I understand. Are you comparing the runtimes/redundancy?

The SKU "SY500K500DR-PD" includes 32 battery modules I noted but I don't know if that is what you're questioning.

Once I understand better, I can try to track down someone who works with this UPS more than me.
