When trying to access web interface of symmetra 40k, i get this message:
InfraStruXure manager failed to log on the device. Verify username and password in the HTTP Properties dialog are correct for this device.
Funny thing is i never changed the username & password, but i ve never been able to access the device from http. Is there a default user name & password? user: apc, password apc DOES NOT work! Perhaps a way to reset to defaults? Thanks in advance

yes, i'd suggest you try resetting the password if you're not sure.
instructions are here -> http://www.apc.com/site/support/index.cfm/faq/ -> FA156075
please note on a symmetra PX, when you go to do this, you need to be local to the device with the serial cable to reset the password. you'll also need to unplug the RJ-45 cable from the display port. let me know if you need help.
