Smart-UPS 3000 VA Will not turn on

UPS WILL NOT TURN ON

I pushed the button test in front of the UPS. the circuit breaker is on the position "on". ( rear of the ups)
The cable is connected to the ac power. I checked all the batteries they are connected
So I don't know what is going on.

how long as the UPS been powered off for? can you verify the voltage on the batteries?

you can try removing AC power and then trying a cold start by holding down the on button and waiting for two beeps. let go of the button during the two beeps if you hear them. this will start the UPS off of its own battery. if this works, then i may try another outlet to see if there is a problem at the wall outlet you are using (i.e. inadequate voltage).

i believe this would be a 48 volt system so you should see voltage between 50-55vDC, preferably closer to the 55v. if it had been sitting for a while with the batteries connected, it is likely they discharged into the system over time.

Yes , it's a 48 volts system : SUA 3000 RMXL (30A) with 2 pack of battery ... so 4 batteries (su48R3XLBP)
Yesterday, I tried a cold reboot. I heard one beep. That's it.
no lights on the rear and no lights in front. I have power in the outlet 125volts. (wall) but nothing in the output from the UPS (0v). I don't put a load on the smart ups.
I have disconnected the battery packs and I put the rear connector in the rear of the main controller. ( the switch rear panel is on)
Still no lights. I put an another controller same model same thing no lights with a discharged battery. A technician verified the outlet and I still have 125V.
I don't have 125 v on the output from the UPS and no lights at all.

I know it's weird.

an idea?

the UPS cannot output power if it does not turn on.

you should at least measure the voltage on the batteries inside the UPS as well as the external battery packs and see what you get now that you know the wall outlet is providing 120. we had a UPS of this type that only worked on 208v - are you sure that the model you have is not 208v? sometimes it is difficult to tell the difference between a 120v and 208v locking plug. i can verify that for you by confirming the exact model of the UPS via the white sticker on the back of the UPS.
