We get alerted to these about once a month but I can't see what's triggering it, there isn't much on the UPS. Any idea on what I can do to stop these errors?

Hi,
The event indicates the UPS passed a self-test. That is a good thing. The UPS will run a self-test to verify the batteries can sustain the load.
If you have other concerns or further questions please contact APC by Schneider Electric 3 phase UPS support at 1-800-555-2725 then option 4
