Hello, after 1 hour of power failure, ups gives all the batteries to bad.
Batteries original new 6 months of work and the cells themselves are 9 months old.
(**)
The configuration is with 3 power modules in 4kv total 12kv.
In operating mode, a maximum of up to 3.00kv is used.
2 smart modules.
6 new original battery packs. **)
Tests and results I've done:
All modules work normally without error - only the battery modules are bad.
When the battery module is turned on, it shows:
1: Battery Module Quantity Increased, press .....
2: Redundan Intelligence Module Has Assumed Control, press ....
3: Battery Module Fault, Frame xx Module xx, press ...
4: Replace batt (s)
It starts charging as it rises in 8-14% in 2 seconds, and after 15-20 seconds it gives a battery error.
With one battery, when inserted, it gives ~ Run time 1h, and after the error drops to 10min.
I opened 1 battery module and measured the batteries: all are OK, ~ 13,3 volts, ~ 14,80 M-oma ~ 220 CCA - tested with a digital battery tester.
However, I replaced all with brand new CSB HR1234W, but again gave a battery error.
Then I replaced the MB in batteries, with the older one I had and 100% works, but it still poses a problem.
I dismantled MB on the chassis, nothing visible. I cleaned all contacts with a contact spray.
I do not know the password for WEB, and I do not have a COM cable to change it.
Any directions. What and what could be the problem?

Hi
With a case like this it is better to call our Tech support line, so we can help you gather logs etc to aid us with troubleshooting.
One thing to bear in mind is that the SYBT5 Battery Modules have some intelligence and you can't just replace the individual batteries within the module as it won't recognise them as new.
Regards
Matt
