Hello! We have a few of the APC Smat-UPS models with the serial and USB ports (no LCD panel) and we noticed that the screws of the surge protectors are missing in some of them, as can be seen on the attached files.

We would like to know if you can help us troubleshoot why they are missing. Could it be due to a power surge? Could it be that they were shipped without them? And so on...

These UPSs have at least 3+ years behind them, so I do not know if the warranty is still applicable.

Nevertheless, thank you for your time. In case the information given was insufficient, I would be glad to provide more.
