I have an alam Static Bypass Switch module fault, i want to ask you if this alarm it will be cause a shutdown of UPS, or if we had some troubles with the energy this fault couldn't switch to battery i have 129 V in the tre phases Voltage In
please would you help me with this question

Hi,
You should contact local support for assistance with this issue. You will need to be with the unit to gather logs and troubleshoot.
The issue can be caused by many different issue. Examples are Fan fault, heat sink fault, PSU failure, Back-feed.

I am using symmetra 160kva. previously when a static module fault came i just reset it and alarm disappears but for the last few days the alarm is continuously present. i wan to ask why this alarm come? and how to solve it. any suggestions
