I have an alam Static Bypass Switch module fault, i want to ask you if this alarm it will be cause a shutdown of UPS, or if we had some troubles with the energy this fault couldn't switch to battery i have 129 V in the tre phases Voltage In 

please would you help me with this question

UPS Static Bypass Switch

This switch is internal to the UPS and allows the switchgear to put the UPS into bypass. The status of the bypass switch is On & OK if the switch is functioning properly (for example, a switch can change its state from open to closed), or Failed if the switch cannot function properly (for example, the switch cannot move from the closed position). When the static bypass switch is closed, the source is providing power to the load and the switchgear can put the UPS into bypass. When the static bypass switch is open, the UPS is providing power to the load.
