Starting APC 2200 During Power Failure

Hello,

While I understand this is not a supported or intended use of the APC 2200, but I have an APC 2200 which I would like to use temporarily to power some equipment where this is no power available. I would like to bring the unit out and turn it on when it is not plugged into an electrical outlet. Is there a way to turn on a fully charged APC 2200, with load attached to it, when it is not plugged into an electrical supply of commercial power? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
