SmartUPS 2200 problems

One of the battery packs in my SmartUPS 2200 failed. I replaced it and every thing worked well for a while. The the battery charge indicator lights then started flashing. I replaced the other battery pack and the problem did not go away.

When I take all the load off the UPS, the flashing stops. Do I need to remove the controller board(s) and send them to a service center? If So, can someone point me in the right direction?

Call into support or email support and request a calibration key.

That'll solve your problem.
