Smart UPS 1000VA LEDs keep flashing

Hi,

What's the problem with Smart UPS 1000VA when the 5 LEDs Battery Charge keeps flashing simultaneously. But sometimes in between, the LEDs lights are stable.

I read through the manual and could suggest the UPS operating temperature / environment may not be well conditions. But I don't think so, as it is an aircon room and also having another 2200VA UPS with no such problems.

It means the UPS's available runtime is significantly low. If you recently replaced the battery, contact support for options to resolve that. If you haven't replaced the battery, this would be a good indicator.
