Hello,
I have an SmartUPS 1500 european model (SUA1500I) that recently started to act up, it would switch to battery every other day complaining that the outlet voltage was too high (the outlet voltage ranges between 230v and 245v).
Upon further checking with a voltmeter I see that the UPS outputs 208 volts with 60Hz (just like the Canadian model), regardless of whether it is connected to the outlet or running on battery.
I think the firmware got corrupted somehow because I don't know of any setting to change the output voltage beyond the 3 values for the international model (220v, 230v and 240v), and certainly the frequency is odd.
The question is if there is any way it can be reflashed or maybe some kind of deep reset to make it restore the initial configuration.
Thank you for your time.

On what legs of each outlet did you measure 208v/60hz? Hot to ground, to neutral, etc? The voltage/frequency was verified with the meter for the input? Have there been any other abnormal LEDs or sounds from the unit? Are there any network card or software logs from the unit you could provide?
