I have replaced bad power modules with new ones... what do I do with the bad ones (out of warranty)? can I send them back to APC for repair?

Hi mpcjax,
APC has not authorized any 3rd party to perform repairs of Symmetra modules, therefore repair is not an option. Any company claiming to repair Symmetra modules is doing so without the consent of APC or with any of the technical resources necessary to perform a proper repair.
Use of a module repaired by a 3rd party would void any warranty currently on your Symmetra UPS.
If you are currently experiencing any issues with your Symmetra, you are always encouraged to contact APC Support at 800 800 4272 or at www.apc.com/support.
