Hello,
After an upgrade of a Network Management Card 2, the GUI reports 'No UPS Found' (tech details underneath)
The following actions didn't resolve the issue:
1. Shutdown UPS and power disconnect.
2. Reset to Factory Defaults
3. Remove NMC and repeat 1. and 2.
With the NMC removed and an USB-cable connected, I tried to run Firmware Upgrade Wizard 4.1.1. Unfortunately, the software reported I had to use a serial cable. There is no serial interface on the UPS, nor on my laptop.
Can anyone help me please?
