Smart-UPS X 3000 won't turn on

Hello Guys,

I am new in the comunity, and I am writing becuase I am having an issue with my Smart-UPS X 3000 that won't turn on.

It was working fine since a couple of days a go, and now it's off and I cannot understand why.

The Critical errors are:

01.12.2014 16:25:16 UPS: The output power is turned off.

01.12.2014 16:25:16 UPS: The power for switched outlet group 3, Outlet Group 3, is now turned off.

01.12.2014 16:25:16 UPS: The power for switched outlet group 2, Outlet Group 2, is now turned off.

01.12.2014 16:25:16 UPS: The power for switched outlet group 1, Outlet Group 1, is now turned off.

01.12.2014 16:25:16 UPS: A battery bus soft start fault exists.

I have no Idea why and how to troubleshoot this issue

I have tryied to bring on the Outlett Group on one by one, with delay and not. No battery fault is present on the display (see picture attached) and no Idea what to do

Any one faced the same issue? any tips for me?
