Having trouble adjusting correcting the input voltage settings on a APC SMT1500i via the ap9630 mgnt card web gui
Default set to 230v. Our AU Input voltage is 240v. Actual input voltage ~250v creating waves of emails for overvoltage alerts.
Confguration / Power Settings / Rated Output Voltage
Trying to apply the setting gives an "Rated Output Voltage (240) set failed" error.
any ideas?

Thanks for the post. I know this thread is a little long in the tooth but it did resolve our issue as well - Control - Outlet Groups - set the action to Off Immediately or Off with Delay and we could then change the rated output voltage.
Don't forget to turn your outlet groups on again after!

Some UPSes need to the output to be off to change the output voltage. It's worth a shot.

Yes, I agree. Most do require the output power to be turned off before making any changes to output voltage or frequency. I suggest going turning the output voltage off and then trying again as voidstar suggested.
