Smart-UPS VT 40 kVA and mechanical bypass

Hello,

We have Smart-UPS VT 40 kVA w/4 Batt Mod Exp to 4, int Maint Bypass, Parallel Capable SUVTP40KH4B4S, PS0813240713, Firmware Revision: 912.0405.I.

There are two critical mistakes:

In bypass in response to an internal hardware fault.

A power module fault exists.

Can we try to reboot to get rid of them?

We have done restart of the device. And “raw status” now is OK. No mistakes at all!
