Smart-UPS VT 40 kVA and mechanical bypass

Hello,

We have Smart-UPS VT 40 kVA w/4 Batt Mod Exp to 4, int Maint Bypass, Parallel Capable SUVTP40KH4B4S, PS0813240713, Firmware Revision: 912.0405.I.

There are two critical mistakes:

In bypass in response to an internal hardware fault.

A power module fault exists.

Can we try to reboot to get rid of them?

01.12.2015	07:47:28	UPS: The external Switch Gear Q003 has closed.
01.12.2015	07:46:04	UPS: An internal mechanical bypass no longer exists.
01.12.2015	07:46:03	UPS: An input voltage or frequency problem no longer prevents switching to bypass mode.

We have done restart of the device. And “raw status” now is OK. No mistakes at all!
