Smart-UPS SUA2200I missing firmware / SKU code!!

Please can someone help.  I have somehow removed the first three digits of the firmware string of my UPS.  This is not part of the actual firmware but the internal SKU code of the unit.  Without this my NMC2 card and PowerChute both report no UPS or unknown UPS. This missing code tells the NMC and PowerChute what product line, power and spec the UPS is.  This is in the form of xxx.xx.x, where my missing part is the first block of three x's.  

This should be the same for all SUA2200I's made to be used in the UK.  The second and third blocks are firmware version and D/I for Domestic or International.

This can be found in the management screen on both NMC and PowerChute under   UPS > About  and is caller Firmware Revision
