Hi all, I have an APC Smart-UPS SRT 5000 SRT5KRMXLI which keeps on alarming with the following message: The battery is not installed properly / The battery is now installed every minute. what can it be? Thanks for the support

Are you able to download the full log file from the NMC and attach it?
You can get download the logs by going to About / Support and then click on Generate Logs and then Download
