Hello all!
13 Nov install UPS, 1 week it work and 20 Nov it start turned off by himself. In logs i see:

The warranty is direct so APC/Schneider will deal direct to get it swapped, usually an advanced RAM (in the UK)
Unless due to the size they send an engineer but I don't know the policy on big units.

Hi Pavel,
I'm sorry you are having trouble with this unit. From the logs that you provided it seems like it is being commanded to turn off. I will have to do some more evaluation to determine why. Can you get the support log files off of the unit. You can get these by going to the about->support->generate logs section on the NMC interface. (http://www.schneider-electric.us/sites/us/en/support/faq/faq_main.page?page=content&country=US〈=en&id=FA156131)

Yep, I'm in the same boat with my SRT-6000 Device that is less than a year old. I thought at first someone was playing games with me and powering off, but it immediately reboots after the forced shutdown. It has happened twice in the last week (at different times).
I'm doing the Tech Support Debug Download now. Now I just have to see where I can send this to.
