Hello,
We have installed our Smart-UPS SRT 5000 7 days ago and it's up and running. I just want to ask why the battery shows still charging when checking the status on the web management? Is this normal?
On the UPS unit display panel the battery charging symbol is not showing so it means battery is fully charged.
Firmware revision is UPS 04.0 (ID1013).
Thank you.

Hello -
That is unusual. The load attached to the UPS is very small, which would likely cause the UPS to not be able to report efficiency, but I'm not sure why it would be saying "battery charging". If you look at the LCD screen, what does it report for efficiency? The UPS should usually say "N/A" on the LCD if there is not enough data for it to report accurately.
