Dears,
We bought a Smart UPS SRT 3000 (S/N#SAS1805290859) in 30 May 2018, but it replaced 1 time on 23-Jan-2020 due to output power auto off.
The new replaced (Serial no. AS1939392306 unit replaced on Mid Feb 2020.
After replacement, It has a error on 02-Jul-2020 .
07/03/2020 20:41:21 Device UPS: In bypass in response to an internal hardware fault.
Can someone help to advise what the problem is?

Ryan,
Sorry for the inconvenience.
You can try to clear the error by resetting the UPS.
For SMC, SMT, SMX, and SRT Units:
1) Turn off and unplug UPS from wall
2) Disconnect Battery
3) You may hear an audible "click" from the UPS.
4) Reconnect battery, plug unit back in the wall, and turn UPS back on
If resetting the UPS does not clear the error the UPS will require replacement. Please contact local technical support and they will assist you.
Again, sorry for the inconvenience.
