Hello, we just bought SRT5KXLI with 4 battery packs. We bought 5000VA because we have 4 servers and they have 750W power supply in UPS are connected 4 computers and 5 switches and sophos. In status of UPS we can see that is low load, do you think that is it problem? Or I should don`t care about it? Thank you for your answers.
