Hello,
My company just bought Smart-UPS SRT 10000 UPS few months ago and i just try to get familiar with this.
Firstly, i have scenario like this: During power-off cause lost electric.., ups are running on battery, after that it will shutdown.
After input power are back, ups are power on too but outlets group are not turn on. Is this default configuration or we need to config something?

Hi,
Open the network card web interface and check the outlet settings to be sure stay off after power turns has not been selected. Also, if you have configured PowerChute Network Shutdown to turn the UPS off be sure turn off and stay off has not been selected in the PowerChute parameters that are found under Configuration - Shutdown.
