Hi all,
I have a Smart-UPS SMX1500RMI2U and am looking at purchasing a 9617 Management card. Should the 2 be compatible?
Cheers.

Yes, just to confirm what was already discussed, AP9617/18/19 Network Management Card 1 devices are NOT compatible with newer UPS models like those beginning with SMX/SMT/SRT prefix.

Look for "tabs" on the back of your UPS on each side of the Smart Slot. Only NMCs that can accept these "tabs" are compatible. I don't believe the AP9617 has the slots to accept them.

Thank you for the reply.
Yes, there are tabs there so the card wouldn't be compatible.
