You can find the Device IP Config. wizard at the following link:

http://www.apcc.com/tools/download/login.cfm?software_id=DBUE-6EMQCR&sw_sku=SFDIPW301&family=&part_n...

If your browser does not load the page for some reason, the part # for the wizard is SFDIPW301, and searching for it on our web page will bring you to the download section. Keep in mind that this wizard only works for unconfigured network cards. If your device already has an IP the wizard will not be able to configure it.

Have you followed the IP configuration Knowledge Base that we have? I will copy the contents here:

KBASE 3061:

The Network Management Card (AP9617, AP9618, or AP9619) must be configured with network settings >before it can communicate on the network. Once the cards have been configured with an IP address, Subnet >Mask, and Default Gateway the cards can be accessed, managed, and controlled from other computers on >the network.

There are three ways to configure the Network Management Card (NMC) with it's initial settings: the Wizard, >Hyperterminal, and Address Resolution Protocol (ARP).

1. The wizard is included on the CD that comes with the card. The wizard must run on a Windows operating >system. You can configure the card using the wizard over the network via FTP. If using the wizard please >note, the unconfigured NMC must be on the same subnet as the computer running the wizard.

2. Hyperterminal is a built-in function on most Windows operating systems. Before using hyperterminal, any >services using the com ports must be stopped. For example, if you are running a serial version of APC's >PowerChute software, the APC UPS service must be stopped prior to running Hyperterminal. Then, follow >these instructions:

**Please note that if you have the scroll lock on, Hyper-Terminal may not communicate properly with an APC >UPS or
accessory.

Connect UPS to serial port using Smart-signaling cable (940-0024)
Run HyperTerminal
Configure port settings to: 2400 bps, 8 databits, no parity, 1 stopbit, and no flow control.
Save changes.
Press enter to display username prompt.
Use "apc" for username and password.
You are now in the control console.
Choose "Network"
Choose "TCP/IP"
Choose "Boot mode"
Change Boot mode to "Manual"
Set the system IP, subnet mask, and default gateway.
Accept changes.
Press ctrl-C to return to main menu.
Log out of console to save changes.
Now, you can remotely log into the NMC using web access or Telnet.

3. Address resolution protocol (arp) can also be used to configure the NMC. The MAC Address of the NMC >is needed for this method of configuration. The MAC address is located on the quality assurance slip that >shipped with the NMC, and is also located on a white sticker on the NMC itself. From a computer on the >same subnet as the unconfigured NMC, follow these instructions:

Open up a command prompt and type the following (replacing and with actual >values):

Arp-s

**MacAddress format: xx-xx-xx-xx-xx-xx**

On Mac OS X: sudoarp-s

Next, use Ping with a size of 113 bytes to assign the IP address defined by the ARP command.

For the IP address defined in step 1, use one of the following Ping commands:

Windows command format: ping -L113
LINUX and Mac OS X command format: ping -S113

Now, you can Telnet to the card by typing: Telnet
Use "apc" for username and password.
You are now in the control console.
Configure / apply any additional changes.
Log out to save changes.

If you still require additional support regarding the configuration of the Network management Card, please feel >free to call one our technical support representatives at 800-800-4272 (Mon-Fri 8am-8pm EST).
