Any help is appreciated
Cheers

hello,
in order for us to better analyze, can you get us config.ini, data.txt, and event.txt from the network management card? directions are here -> http://nam-en.apc.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/9321
thanks

" Edited: Sorry. The config.ini and data.txt contain some confidential network information. Is there any other way to let you check those logs"? Email maybe?
Cheers

ok, i have your logs. what i am seeing is that the data log is recording large rises in % wattage out. can you let me know what you have attached to the UPS? is there something that powers on/off once in a while that has a large in rush of current? or that is attached to the UPS output and you are unaware? also, if you have PDUs attached (power strip type) maybe someone is coming in and uses those outlets unknowingly. it seems to be happeneing each day around 9:45 and maybe other random times.
i think the UPS keeps getting overloaded and because of this, it goes to bypass because the load is greater than 100% for a certain amount of seconds.
i think the first step is to investigate what is connected and what can be turning on between 9-10am. see if you find anything there. i see no reason why this alarm is not legitimate.
i also think you have an overload or bypass fault that is mapped to activate the environmental relay? I am referring to: Environment: A fault no longer exists for integrated Environmental Monitor Output Relay (Int Relay at Int Relay Location).
i verified that in your config.ini OutputRelaySwitchMapping1=enabled:onBat,lowBat,badBat,lostComm,noOutVolt,overLoad,inBypass,fault so that's why that is coming up.
