Hi all,
A client has an SUA1500RM that is only 1U, and is signalling it needs a replacement battery.
I've searched high and low, and can only find the RBC34 for the SUA1000RM in a 1U form factor.
Is it the same battery pack for the 1U flavour of the SUA1500RM?

I don't have access to the physical unit right now. I've had the client take a picture of the front of it, and it's definitely a 1U, the label says SUA1500. I recall selling this to them through Dell in 2007.
PowerChute isn't reporting the model number (v 9.0.1), but reports s/n as0723131062.
Although, when I installed PowerChute this morning, the agent initially did detect the UPS as a 1500.
I wonder if the RBC57 is the right battery? Hard to tell with the web site since it got revamped (classic case of web designers getting in the way of functionality).

What's the exact model # from the white sticker on the back of the unit? I am not aware of a 1U 1500 VA smart ups.
