Hello. We send our equipment to repair and was working fine, tested to consume the battery until fully discharged but we didn't have the power cable to charge it again so it stay that way for like 6 month.
Now we have the power cable but when we press the Test button to power up the unity it don't do anything. The power cable was tested and working, connected to power where another UPS is already working (Smart-UPS RT 5000).
How can I do to the equipment charge the batteries again?
Sorry for my bad english.

Hi,
If the batteries are completely drained that UPS will not start. Plug the unit in and let is charge for 12 hours. Then start the unit. If the batteries are still good they will charge and the unit will start. If the batteries are bad, which can happen while sitting drained for month, the unit will not start and the batteries need to be replaced.
