Hi,
I received this alert today:
02.03.2016 09:00:59 UPS: The output power is now turned on.
02.03.2016 09:00:39 UPS: The output power is turned off.
The battery status is ok, no other malfunction is reported on front panel and no system has shutdown in this 20 second.
What happened?
Thank
Maury

Hi Maurizio,
Unfortunately, It seems as if the network card was not communicating with the UPS for a few days 27.2.2016-2.3.2016. When we restored communication to the UPS that is when the NMC noticed that the UPS and the output turned off. The output was then turned on within a couple seconds of re-establishing communication. As you can see in the data log, it is not recording any information form the UPS during this time . Since we have no data to go off of it is extremely difficult to determine why the UPS was off. I do not see anything in the event/data log that shows any indication of something starting to go wrong with the UPS. Have you noticed any issues with the UPS within the last month or so? I see we had a faulty battery in January but that was taken care of and we have passed self tests since then.
