I have a problem on an APC UPS SUVT 40 KVA and I want you to give me a hand
We performed electrical work on a site, during construction we interrupted the electrical circuit of the building.
So the inverter operated on the batteries and went late autonomy
After the work the UPS refused to start.
We check all parameters (batteries, mains voltages).
So we replaced the PSU card (Main Power Supply Unit), still nothing,
But by pressing the button EPO or cold start of the PSU board, the inverter turns on and displays a fault (power off set)
When we insert the module into the chassis it does not light but pressing the button EPO or cold start of the PSU card
It lights up with the same fault (Power Off On) and impossible to run or acknowledge the fault.
Please do me a return

The ups is working now. The problem was on the supply board, just near the contactor. I just replace this board
