Surt-10000 says charging but batteries are drainig

Hello to all

I have an   Apc   Smart Surt-10000, the unit work fine, in the normal mode when the ac in is present, in the ups mode when the ac in is not present, in normal mode says that is charging but the battery level are disminishing. Dont show any error,

I   think that   is   a software error ,How can i fix this problem.

Hi Javier,

Where do you see that the battery level is diminishing. Is it the charge level (%) from the network card or is it the charge indicator from the LED lights on the unit? Maybe include some pictures of what you are seeing?

the ups is in charging  mode, but  the   light  led  are  flashing  saying  that  the  battery  level  is  ending.

Can i reset this unit  via software?
