Hi Bob -

Is this the clock displayed on the LCD screen or in the Network Management Card interface?

Can I get the exact Model, Serial, and UPS Firmware revision for each UPS?

The Clock problem is solved after restarting the Management interface. But I find another problem on this UPS.

When I make a self test on this UPS, the battery power go down from 100% to 6X%. I understand that we need to replace the battery for this.

But on this power low period, the clock for log is crazy back to year 2000 (Red marking). Please confirm is it related to the low power or any other problem on UPS.

Moreover, after the restart of the Management interface, the time is show on year 2000 when I go to the date page under "Administration" > "General" on the first access.

But the time may get normal on refresh (may need 2-3 time refresh). This ad-normal situation keep happen when the UPS  batteries are 100% Full.

Hi Bob -

Given the age of the unit and the battery messaging, you definitely need a new battery. I am not certain that there is any link between the battery issue and the clock behavior. The clock functionality is independent of the UPS and is provided by the Network Management Card that is installed in the UPS. The firmware on your card is several years old. I would first upgrade the firmware on the card to see if that resolves the issue. You can find firmware upgrades here: http://www.apc.com/us/en/tools/download/index.cfm
