Symmetra PX 16K Display error factory mode

Hi,

We have Symmetra PX 16K UPS its given an error on display "FACTORY MODE" with alarm (red LED on)

However, ups are working fine on the web console no error message.

Any ideas to handle these warnings?

Hi,

Re-boot the PV display by disconnecting and reconnecting the display cable. If this doesn't correct the display operation contact local support for assistance.
