Dear APC Team,

I have Smart UPS Model SUA1000I, please guide me to update its Firmware via APC Hyperterminal and provide download link. As once i have previously installed but on load its light got blinking which are on right side.

You are requested to please provide Software link & a step by step guide.

Hi Szabi,

Last time almost 3 months ago light situated on right hand side got blinking when i put load on UPS and my vendor fix that issue via APC Hyperterminal could you guide me the procedure to resolve that issue.

Hi Aamir,

The SUA UPS series do not support UPS firmware upgrade. UPS firmware upgrade is supported on the new generation UPS models, you can find the guide and the list of supported UPS series in this Kbase article.
