Powerchute business does not releave SMT1500IC

I bought a SMT1500IC
My operative system is Windows 7 ultimate.

I installed Powerchute business 10 but my SMT1500IC is not revealed by software.
Status remains "UPS Communication Lost"

I tested solution FA164514 but in my system device, SMT1500IC is recognized such as APC UPS correctly.

I tested USBterm.exe as reported in your forum and my UPS was correctly found.

How Could I fix?

I fixed now

I had to disconnect the USB cable from server and I reconnect USB cable in other USB port. I cannot understand....

If someone can help me to understand the issue.

and after one hour comunication was lost.

I had to change another time USB port, which is the problem?
