I have an APC Smart ups 450 hooked up to my new WHS 2011 server. The problem is that the PChute does not see the ups. It is connect via serial port using the cable that came with the unit. I tried the software that came with the unit Business edition basic. I then downloaded the newer version which was 9.x and still the same problem.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Mike

Hi Mike,
One possible culprit here is that the Operating System that you are using is not yet compatible with PowerChute Business Edition. Please see the compatibility chart here > [PCBE Compatibility Chart|http://www.apcmedia.com/salestools/ASTE-6Z5QEV_R28_EN.pdf]
